Shooting Stars by Allison Rushby - Have been targeting this for a long time! Saw the library was getting it so I put it on hold. Praises for NLB for being so efficient! XD - My 5/5 Stars review
A Long, Long Sleep by Anna Sheehan - Saw this in the bookstore a few weeks ago and then saw it again while I was combing the library shelves for Shooting Stars so I just had to grab it.

Not as many books/ebooks I'd like to get but I need to control! (So that I can read the paperbacks I have bought last month).

  1. Neophyte looks amazing. I have never heard of that one before! Great haul this week. I can't wait to see what you think of A Long Long Sleep. I liked that book a bit but it failed to amaze me. I hope you have better luck! :) Awesome IMM.

    1. Yeap! I'm lucky enough to be gifted a copy by the author for review. It's under a Read it & Reap program at Goodreads. :) Ah! About A Long Long Sleep... I think the cover is a little unique that's why I still could remember the book when I walk past the shelves... It was a by chance thing. :D Hope I can finish it! My friend read the blurb and said it sounded quite depressing...

And while I've read mixed thoughts on A Long, Long Sleep, the premise really intrigues me, so fingers crossed that is good. Such awesome books this week, I hope you enjoy!!

    1. I've been reading quite a number of contemporary lately. :D I will be devouring Shooting Stars soon! (After Hallowed, Shadowspell and Shatter Me) I've borrowed too many books and the TBR list keeps growing! Haha. *fingers crossed for A Long, Long Sleep*
